Our Rebrand-- Creating Something That Felt More 'Me'

My new website and branding are live!

It feels like i’ve been in this remodeling process for suchhhh a long time and honestly I kind of have! I think I took my website offline sometime in March thinking I would get everything done in a month or less… lol oops. I don’t do anything super quickly so I was only fooling myself, but I am so excited to share this website and branding with everyone across the internet finally. One of my fears was that I wouldn’t continue to book clients during the time that I didn’t have a website to show my work, but *spoiler alert* apparently you don’t need a website for people to take you seriously?! I love you all for it, but everyone who has let me photograph them these last few months are more trusting than I am because I’m not sure I would hire myself based solely off of Instagram. To be fair I am a very harsh critic.

I’ve put so much time and love into this process and made it to be almost an extension of myself. The branding that Created by Abbey did for me is so much more perfect than I imagined, too! If you follow me on instagram, you probably saw me debating over which font I wanted to use for literal weeks in my stories, haha. I’m happy to report that this is the one I landed on and personally I think it goes really well with my style, photos and website— basically all around what I was hoping for. Thank you so much for your design expertise Abbey!! I asked for something simple yet unique, and she delivered.

Dying over the colors + how well they tie in to not only my business but my life as well!

That’s essentially it! I re-did my branding + website two years ago in 2020 but since quitting my job and becoming a full time photographer, everything about my style has changed in my opinion. It evolved, for the better, I would say! If you’ve made it this far, thank you so much for reading my scattered thoughts and taking a peek at my new logos. If you’ve already looked around, i’d love to know your thoughts / any feedback you have! Haven’t quite gotten there? Please take a look around and let me know what you think in the comments section, there is always room for improvement and hearing feedback coming from other people is super helpful + i’m grateful for it.

xx
